About the Role
This is a key position within our team, requiring someone who can provide exceptional support to our site management and serve as the first point of contact on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* First point of call for phone calls, general enquiries and assisting internal and external stakeholders
* Provide administrative support to senior staff members while on-site
* Coordinate travel, accommodation and roster change requests for all staff members
* Maintain compliance with contractor site mobilisation requirements in conjunction with Clough Contractors
* Ensure all staff members are compliant to attend site, including inductions and safety requirements
* Support the mobilisation team with overflow workload
* Build strong relationships with internal staff, contractors, and external stakeholders
* Compile monthly invoices and handle correspondence for the project team
* Develop presentations and coordinate meetings, including minute taking and follow up on actions
* Data entry, word processing, document control and database management
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Able to multitask effectively
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
