As a finance professional responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance function. Your key responsibilities will include 
processing supplier invoices 
managing employee expense claims 
reconciling vendor accounts and consolidating purchasing documents 
You will also assist with end of month processes, statutory reviews and audits, and FBT returns, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, industry codes and company policies and procedures. 
Your attention to detail and ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers will be essential to ensuring accurate and timely payments and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and employees.
