Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our busy Sales team based in Archerfield, Brisbane.
About the Role
This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical part in the day-to-day flow of the sales department. You will support the Parts Interpreters and Sales Team by managing inbound calls, customer enquiries, and administrative tasks, helping ensure customers receive a prompt and professional experience every time they contact Torquepower.
This position suits someone who is organised, confident on the phone, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment.
## Key responsibilities
● Answer and direct inbound phone calls professionally and efficiently
● Manage customer enquiries and route them to the appropriate sales team members
● Assist with basic customer requests and general sales administration
● Support the Sales team with data entry, documentation, and follow-up tasks
● Maintain accurate customer and enquiry records
● Assist customers with online and email enquiries
● Contribute to a collaborative, team-based work environment
About you
● Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role
● Confident and professional phone manner
● Strong communication and organisational skills
● Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy office environment
● Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools
● A proactive and helpful approach to supporting others
● Strong attention to detail and reliability
● Safety-conscious with a professional work ethic
● Australian work authorisation is required
Experience in a technical, industrial, or automotive environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
