Sales Representative - WA Perth south, regional WA and TAS (Hybrid virtual)
We have an exciting 12- month contract role for a Sales Representative to join our Vaccines paediatric team. Reporting to the First Line Sales Leader, the Sales Representative will implement the vaccines strategy for key promoted GSK brands in their designated territory.
Your territory will cover WA Perth South, Regional WA, and TAS (Hybrid virtual). It is expected that you will spend a pproximately three days per week in face-to-face appointments and non-appointment interactions with HCPs, and two days per week conducting virtual appointments .
The Sales Representative will partner with their healthcare professional customers with an objective to drive improved vaccination rates for patients at risk of a range of vaccine preventable diseases.
Your responsibilities will be broad and will include:
* Achieve territory business objectives for key promoted vaccines/GSK brands through alignment with brand strategy, including drivers of growth for key tactics and activities
* Maintain a high-level knowledge for GSK promoted brands, relevant disease states and industry intelligence, both promoted and reactively non promoted brands, multiple brands
* Deliver and maintain a high level of selling skills through Patient Focused Scientific Selling (PFSS), including call agility/flexibility due to many different brands and disease states promoted
* Maintain and support GSK direct account customers and GSK brand stockists with enquiries about products and business opportunities
* Develop and execute a robust territory business plan leveraging face-to-face as well as significant expectation for digital engagements with HCPs/GPs to create a personalised omni-channel experience for our customers
* Develop and maintain a monthly business plan, reviews to include specific data analysis across all channels, territory knowledge, objectives and tactical plans
* Support successful implementation of high value programs which differentiate and enhance the GSKs profile with HCPs
* Engage HCPs through digital means to conduct high value educational conversations, and demonstrate agility to flex between in person and virtual meetings
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Experience in a field-based Sales Representative role within a large, multi-layered global organisation
* Exceptional digital and technology cap abilities, including experience in generating and conducting virtual sales meetings
* Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* An aptitude for science with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format
* A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organisation and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
* Highly customer & patient focused
* Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific field
* 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales industry
* 1+ years conducting virtual meetings
