Your new role 
Based in either the North or North-West of Tasmania, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple construction projects. This includes overseeing project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. 
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the planning and execution of construction projects from initiation through to completion Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitoring on-site activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Conducting regular site inspections and resolving issues or delays Reporting on project progress and financial performance to senior stakeholders Overseeing procurement and contract management Managing stakeholder relationships and resolving disputes Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies Promoting a positive team culture and contributing to a collaborative work environment
What you'll need to succeed 
To be a successful candidate for the role, you will possess the following: 
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or a related disciplineMinimum of five years experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industryProven ability to manage multiple projects across commercial, industrial or residential sectorsStrong understanding of construction processes and project management softwareExcellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomesSound knowledge of WHS and compliance standardsWillingness to travel to various project sites as requiredExperience with Procore and HammerTech will be highly regarded
