Responsibilities
* Oversee the smooth running of the Melbourne studio
* Diary and travel management, email coordination
* Meeting and event organisation
* General office administration
* Assist with business development activities
* Coordinate HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, leave, and staff records
Qualifications and skills
* Experience in EA or Office Manager type roles
* Architecture, engineering, or related industry preferred
* Staff management experience
* Robust IT skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and discretion
