Location: Darwin (Palmerston) – Larrakia Land, with travel. Employment Type: Full time – 38 hours a week. Contract: Maximum Term Contact, to 16 March ****. Salary: Social & Community Services Level 4 – $***** to $***** per hour + Super. Benefits: Salary packaging up to $18,550 + career development.

We are looking for Case Managers who are passionate about gender equity and skilled at supporting people through trauma-informed, strengths-based practice. As a Case Manager you will walk alongside women and gender diverse people, offering person-centred support that helps them feel safe, seen and empowered to build the future they want. Every day you will create safe and inclusive spaces, nurture connection and resilience, and champion social justice in practical and meaningful ways. You will collaborate closely with residents, partners and colleagues, using your professional expertise and compassion to support positive change. You will help make it possible and be part of a supportive, values-led team that learns and grows together.

You'll be a great fit if you:
  • bring experience in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field, and can draw on professional or lived experience

Requirements
  • Preferred candidates must be willing to complete a National Police Check, medical declaration, valid Drivers' Licence and must hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid state-based Working with Children Permit.
