The Role
* Lead a team of up to 10 staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Train, motivate, and develop a talented team to achieve outstanding results in food and beverage service, events, and hospitality management.
* Maintain venue presentation and cleanliness, paying close attention to detail to ensure a five-star experience.
* Cash reconciliation, reporting directly to the Licensee and Managing Director to drive business growth.
* Maintain safety and security protocols for patrons and hotel premises, adhering to regulatory requirements.
About You
* Proven experience in pub and restaurant management, preferably in a similar environment.
* Strong experience in Bar and Gaming operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
* Advanced Licensee Certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
* Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with people at all levels, from staff to senior management.
* Valid RSA & RCG certificate, essential for this role.
