Certified Automotive is a small local business. Since 2015 we have developed a large professional network in the Gold Coast automotive industry, and have worked hard to build a great reputation among clients and colleagues. We are primarily a mobile mechanical service with 4 vans operating throughout the coast, with our home base workshop in central Mudgeeraba, featuring a modern retail office and fully equipped mechanical workshop.

What You'll Do:
* Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience over the phone and in person. Providing cost estimates of repairs and services.
* Auto Service Coordination: Schedule and manage automotive service appointments for both mobile technicians and workshop technicians. Ordering/sourcing parts.
* Communication: Clearly explain repair needs, provide detailed cost estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.
* Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
* Automotive Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends. Skills in parts interpretation are an asset.
* Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting customer relationships.
* Organisational Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in service records and estimates.
