We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of Duck Creek solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in P&C Insurance, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
Skill Set
* 8–15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Duck Creek solution implementation or account management roles.
* In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.
* Familiarity with Duck Creek architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
* Strong understanding of P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
* Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
* Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions using Duck Creek technology.
* Drive client satisfaction through regular interactions, feedback loops, and issue resolution.
Project Oversight and Delivery:
* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of Duck Creek products.
* Monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations.
* Provide strategic oversight for Duck Creek solution customization, integration, and support.
Business Development:
* Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling Duck Creek services and solutions.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare proposals and present solutions to clients.
* Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to drive innovation for clients.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
* Work closely with technical teams, architects, and delivery managers to align on project objectives.
* Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance delivery quality and account management skills.
Governance and Reporting:
* Define and implement governance models to streamline communication and decision-making processes with clients.
* Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to both clients and internal leadership.
