They provide essential services to many Australians with their focus around supporting those in need and making a difference for each of their customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Case Management Support Quality team.
**Your new role**
You will be working within an office workplace undertaking reviews of operational activities and decisions to ensure consistency and quality of services being provided to the organisation’s customers.
Day to day tasks may include:
- Conducting quality assurance and quality control activities in relation to Case Management processes and decision making.
- Implementing a range of moderate to complex quality surveys.
- Providing professional and technical commentary to survey findings and improving decision making, dispute resolution practice and performance.
- Assisting in developing and implementing improvement strategies for delivering branch goals and strategic objectives.
- Supporting the Quality team in delivering a range of Quality projects, for informing and improving Case Management practice.

- Complete quality checking
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work proficiently and monitor workloads
- Technical capabilities or ability to acquire quickly
