Position: Nail Technician
Location: 14A Gibson Road, Noosaville, 4566, Queensland, Australia.
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: $73,000 to $77,000 per annum. The wage may be subject to periodic reviews and can be increased based on skills, experience, and performance. Work performed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be compensated at a higher rate in accordance with company policies.
Working Hours: The employee is expected to work the equivalent of 38 hours per week on a variable schedule.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Be proficient in acrylic, SNS, and gel nail services.
* Perform advanced manicure and pedicure techniques, including shaping, filing, and cuticle care.
* Provide hand and feet exfoliation and massage.
* Demonstrate proficiency in basic nail design.
* Work with clients in a salon setting, providing excellent customer service.
* Ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
* Possess a solid understanding of nail diseases and contraindications.
* Assist customers in selecting services and treatments that meet their needs.
