Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* 12+ years' experience in food and beverage strategy, hospitality, airline catering, luxury service, or related industries
* At least 5 years experience in an airline environment
* Proven expertise in strategic product and experience design with a focus on premium culinary and F&B offerings
* Proven experience in delivering step change in customer experience and leading change in complex and constrained environments at scale
* Passion for customer-led innovation and elevating service experiences through insight and trend forecasting
* Strong background in supplier relationship and contract management, delivering value and quality
* Demonstrated success in leading operational delivery across multi-port, high-volume environments
* Experienced people leader with a collaborative, cross-functional working style
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, balancing creativity with business performance
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline
