We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator/Dental Receptionist to deliver exceptional patient service and support our operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner.
* Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and manage bookings/appointments.
* Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including payments and insurance claim processing.
* Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
* Manage daily administrative tasks: email correspondence, filing, office supplies, etc.
* Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and welcoming.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in dental reception, dental nursing, or allied health/medical front office roles (preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – caring, friendly, professional.
* Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, ability to multitask.
* Comfortable with technology – experience with dental practice management software advantageous.
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and during busy periods.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent patient service.
