The Role: Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join their Padstow office. This role is pivotal in supporting service operations through efficient administration and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and job creation. Manage emails and liaise with clients and suppliers. Maintain and review job management systems Oversee uniform stock and general office administration. Prepare reports and assist managers, supervisors, and technicians.
