Human Resources Partner Role
The organisation is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to partner with people leaders and functions across the Council.
The role involves providing guidance, coaching and advice on job design, employment relations solutions, diversity, work health and safety, well-being, and remuneration. To succeed in this position, you must be a team player with strong capabilities around facilitating change, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
Key Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources management or a related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, providing proactive and flexible service and support to stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain successful relationships at all levels across the organisation
* Team player but also able to work independently
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse information and formulate pragmatic solutions to meet business requirements
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to use coaching skills to influence adoption of good human resource practices
* Demonstrated ability to carry out multiple HR projects and achieve set goals within the required time frame
