Overview
Civeo Australia are looking for highly experienced FIFO Catering Managers (with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade Certificate) to join our WA Operations on a full-time basis to assist in providing first-class service to our Camps based throughout our WA network. These roles are FIFO and operate on an 8:6 roster flying from Perth airport.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality catering management across multiple WA sites, ensuring first-class service for camps
- Lead and manage catering staff, with proven staff management experience
- Develop menus and oversee kitchen operations with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Understand and manage a Profit and Loss statement; participate in budgeting and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP and other relevant quality standards
- Coordinate service schedules and ensure delivery of meals and services to clients
- Collaborate with clients and operations teams to maintain strong relationships
- Utilise software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office; JDE/Triniteq knowledge is desirable) to support operations
Qualifications
- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Chef Trade certificate (NVQ/City & Guilds accepted)
- At least 5 years’ experience in Chef Management in the service, hospitality or similar industry
- Proven track record in Mine Site Catering, hotel or restaurant background or related industry
- Experience with HACCP and other quality standards
- Experience in Menu development and budgeting/financial awareness
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of JDE and Triniteq is desirable but not essential
