As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting high quality candidates with vacant job opportunities sourced from Account Managers or Business Partners. Be accountable for sourcing and assessing potential candidate in line with 360 Personnel's company values, culture, and job requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong client relationships to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Source candidates, conduct assessments and maintain a reliable candidate pool through strong relationships.
* Oversee the entire recruitment process, manage job offers, and handle candidate timesheets and overpayment recovery.
* Stay updated on labour market trends and provide clients with strategic hiring insights.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
* Develop a reliable pool of candidates by fostering strong relationships and maintaining regular communication.
* Be a specialist of blue-collar recruitment and placement
This role will be based in our Launceston 7250 office reporting to the Branch Manager.

Additionally, you will bring:
* Proven experience gained in a similar role within blue collar temp recruitment
* Able to demonstrate your sales activity and achievements
* Familiar with all sourcing strategies and have recruitment system experience (Bullhorn preferred).
