About the Role
In this role, you'll:
* Provide personalised daily living support, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
* Encourage independence and help participants engage in hobbies, social activities, and community access.
* Follow tailored support plans and collaborate with families and our care team.
* Promote dignity, safety, and inclusion in every interaction.
* Enjoy autonomy in managing day-to-day support tasks while knowing you're backed by a supportive team.
What We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for supporting others.
* Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to participants' needs.
* Experience in disability support or mental health (desirable, not essential).
Requirements
* First Aid & CPR certification.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC (or willingness to obtain).
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
