We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Team Member to join our dynamic team.
As a Front Office Team Member, you will be responsible for managing reservations, conducting night audits, assisting guests as a porter, and greeting and checking in guests as a front desk receptionist.
Your day will be filled with variety, working across different positions and tasks. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our guests.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with hotel reservations software (RMS preferred but not essential), and previous experience in a front office role or customer service.
You will also need to be able to multitask and work well under pressure, with a flexible approach to working hours over a 7-day roster including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
