We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to support clients across the Northern Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs.

About the Role
You will be supporting clients with varying care needs, from low to high care, within the community and in their homes. Duties may include:
Personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Continence care, manual handling, hoisting, and repositioning (highly desirable)
Domestic assistance including light cleaning and meal preparation
Community access and social support
Building meaningful, trusting relationships with clients
About You
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year experience in aged care, hospital, or community settings
Confident in personal care, manual handling, and hoist use
Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Current National Police Check
Nursing and paramedicine students are encouraged to apply
