Job Responsibilities
* Evaluate and implement strategies for ensuring the sustainability and growth of the service through diligent work with funding, care planning, and community engagement.
* Lead all clinical services in accordance with established processes and policies.
* Provide quality care services and professional practice while overseeing continuous improvement activities in clinical and lifestyle services.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation and coordinate scheduled audits and indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognised equivalency.
* Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
* Previous senior clinical care experience in the health sector, particularly in aged care.
* Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
* A sound understanding of care assessment in the aged care sector and AN-ACC use.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Proficiency in various IT applications.
