East Anglia with occasional travel to Home Counties & London (must be commutable to Ipswich)
Remuneration:
£38,000-£42,000 + £12,000 bonus

Role Overview:
The Technical Sales Engineer for Fall Protection Systems will be responsible for:
1. Technical field sales of fall protection systems
2. Initially based in Ipswich office 5 days a week during training, then 3-4 days in the office and the rest on the road or home-based
3. Selling primarily to main contractors such as Robert McAlpine and to end users
4. 50/50 split between account management and new business prospecting
5. Target to achieve approximately £70k per month once established
6. Managing average order values from £5k to £100k
7. Working closely with internal sales support and General Manager
8. Maintaining CRM systems
Candidate Requirements:
* Ability to work at height
* Hungry, driven, and adaptable
* Experience in construction sales (product open)
* Site sales experience
* Ideally from a fall protection or roofing background
* Organized with good time management skills
* Self-motivated to perform and reach targets
