**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in strategic marketing campaigns
- Manage google and facebook advertising
- Create effective and engaging cross-platform social media content and manage a social media calendar
- Manage and maintain website assets and marketing content
- Optimise content for SEO and assist with overall content strategy
- Assist with creating blogs, videos, images, and reels
- Manage CRM, create newsletters and automations
- Track, analyse and report on metrics and performance
**What you will bring to the role**
- Qualifications or experience in marketing, PR or a related field
- A strong analytical background, with experience understanding data and analysing it to make decisions
- Strong knowledge of social media and content management
- Strong communication and copywriting
- Experience in designing and creating visual content for social media
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suites, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Business, Google & Facebook Ads, Social Media tools, SEO and Google Analytics
- Adaptability and creative thinking - be ahead of the curve in the digital realm
- A great team player with excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and time management skills
- Willingness to assist with other tasks required for the effective running of the business, a roll up your sleeves and get the job done attitude
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Photography and Videography experience is preferred
