**About the Organisation**
Our client is a Federal Government Department looking for one experienced Communication and Change Resource to work on their new Change Programs designed to lift their capabilities.
**About the Role**
**Duties**:
- Design, develop, deliver and manage engagement and communications;
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training program
The specified personnel should ideally have the following skills and qualifications:
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, often dispersed geographically
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
- Change management certification and relevant qualification and/or experience in communications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Communication and Change role
- NV1 or ability to obtain one
