We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our community operations, ensuring that our residents feel connected, supported, and happy. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of community operations, supporting residents and staff with care and professionalism, coordinating resources and contractors effectively, handling administration and compliance, and driving community engagement and occupancy.


Responsibilities

* Maintain High Standards of Community Operations: Ensure that our community facilities and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and accessible to all residents.
* SUPPORT RESIDENTS AND STAFF WITH CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM: Provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to resident concerns, and work collaboratively with staff to resolve issues.
* COORDINATE RESOURCES AND CONTRACTORS EFFECTIVELY: Manage contracts, suppliers, and services to ensure efficient delivery of community services and maintenance.
* HANDLING ADMINISTRATION AND COMPLIANCE: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and perform administrative tasks as required.
* DRIVE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND OCCUPANCY: Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement, improve resident satisfaction, and maintain high occupancy rates.

* LEAD WITH CONFIDENCE AND COLLABORATION: Demonstrate leadership skills, empower team members, and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
* STAY PROACTIVE AND SOLUTION-FOCUSED: Anticipate and address potential issues, develop creative solutions, and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* PRIORITISE SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE: Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, staff, and visitors, and maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
* BRING PRACTICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY, REAL ESTATE, OR AGED CARE: Apply your expertise and experience to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
