Responsibilities
* Maintain High Standards of Community Operations: Ensure that our community facilities and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and accessible to all residents.
* SUPPORT RESIDENTS AND STAFF WITH CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM: Provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to resident concerns, and work collaboratively with staff to resolve issues.
* COORDINATE RESOURCES AND CONTRACTORS EFFECTIVELY: Manage contracts, suppliers, and services to ensure efficient delivery of community services and maintenance.
* HANDLING ADMINISTRATION AND COMPLIANCE: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and perform administrative tasks as required.
* DRIVE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND OCCUPANCY: Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement, improve resident satisfaction, and maintain high occupancy rates.
