Job Description
* Execute the sales plan to achieve business objectives across New South Wales.
* Lead from the front by being on the road and generating strong sales opportunities, whilst assisting BDMs in the region.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Identify and explore new business opportunities within the residential construction industry.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
* Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the CEO and GM.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful State Sales Manager should have:
* Proven experience in sales within the residential construction industry.
* Expertise in Timber and Building Supplies.
* A strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
* Experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets is a plus.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Proficiency in analysing market data and competitor insights.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* A valid driver's licence.
