What We Need
To be successful in these roles, you will require:
* Relevant Qualifications: A tertiary degree in Speech Pathology (for Pathologist roles) or appropriate certification for Allied Health Assistants.
* Clinical Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting paediatric clients and their families through evidence‐based practice.
* Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work effectively within a supportive team to achieve meaningful outcomes.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse families and individuals.
* Compliance: A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and relevant NDIS screening.
