* Knowledge of HACCP and Work Health and Safety Regulations.
* Experience with breakfast, sandwiches, and salads.
* Tertiary qualifications in hospitality or commercial cookery.
* A commitment to improving food and service quality.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* A flexible attitude towards work.
* Ability to lift up to 15 kilograms.
* A current Australian Provisional Driver's License.
