As a Fluor Graduate, You Will

Who We're Looking For and How You Will Be Supported

To Be Considered
Applicants must
* Be completing or have completed a relevant university degree (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management or related fields)
* Have achieved a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 75+
* Meet Australian work rights requirements (ie we can only accept those who have Australian PR or Citizenship)
* Provide academic transcripts and completion evidence (or expected completion)
How You'll Be Supported
Throughout the program, you'll be supported by:
* Your Mentor — A senior professional who will guide you, provide constructive feedback, assist with development planning, and coach you in technical and soft skills.
* Your Line Manager — Your day-to-day leader, supporting your performance, technical learning, and on-the-job development.
* Human Resources & Graduate Working Group — Dedicated program oversight, regular check-ins, rotation planning, professional development support and continuous improvement of the program experience.
A Culture of Connection — GAP (Graduates Advancing to Professionalism)
Beyond Technical Learning, GAP offers graduates:
