Job DescriptionMarketing Associate – OncologyLooking for a different challenge as a Marketing Associate – Oncology whereby you can utilise your skills?Permanent Full-time position with competitive remuneration and benefitsBased: Macquarie Park, Sydney, AustraliaHybrid, work from home and office environment, working with a dedicated and welcoming team.Upskill and growth in an area you're passionate about, whilst being fully supported and encouraged.This opportunity would suit a Junior Marketing Associate looking to add value, expand knowledge and upskill in their career.The role of Marketing Associate is to support the broader Oncology marketing team and assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and related marketing content.This role sits within the Human Health Oncology Business Unit and reports directly to the Marketing Lead of the Breast & Gynae Malignancies, Gastrointestinal Cancers & Oncology Pipeline portfolios.What You Will DoResponsibilities include, however not limited to:Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with various internal departments, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and market access, to align marketing strategies with Oncology objectives.Promotional Material Creation: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as brand managers and medical affairs, to develop promotional materials such as sales aids, leave-behinds, and digital content for healthcare professionals.Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, online advertising, email marketing, and website management.
Monitoring and analysing digital marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaign performance.Market Research: Assist with conducting market research to gather data and insights on target audiences, competitors, and trends in Oncology.Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies for Oncology products.
This involves identifying key marketing objectives, target audiences, positioning, and messaging to drive product awareness and sales.Medical Education Events and Conference Planning: Assist in the planning and coordinating participation in our company's led medical education events, medical congresses, and other events.What You Must HaveTertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Sciences, or a related fieldExperience post University (Pharmaceutical experience, preferred but not mandatory)Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
