The Opportunity


This is not a role for someone learning the industry.

We are seeking a senior sales executive who already operates within Banking as a Service, payments infrastructure, and Web3 ecosystems, and who brings an established network across fintechs, digital asset platforms, and regulated financial institutions.

You will own revenue generation across Australia and APAC, focusing on complex, high-value partnerships with:

* Web3, crypto-native, and digital asset platforms
* Fintechs delivering embedded finance, wallets, or payments
* Banks and regulated financial institutions
* Payments companies, PSPs, and financial infrastructure providers

This role requires immediate commercial impact. You are expected to bring active relationships, originate opportunities quickly, and close material commercial outcomes.

What You Will Do

* Leverage your existing relationships across Web3, fintech, and payments infrastructure to originate and close new business
* Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving product, compliance, risk, legal, and executive teams
* Sell across a full Banking as a Service and payments infrastructure stack including accounts, wallets, cards, FX, acquiring, and compliance tooling
* Navigate regulated environments including scheme rules, AML, KYC, and multi-jurisdictional requirements
* Structure and negotiate commercial agreements aligned to regulated financial delivery
* Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting

Who This Role Is For


You must already be operating in this ecosystem.

You likely come from a background where you have sold or partnered on:

* Banking as a Service or embedded finance platforms
* Payments infrastructure including issuing, acquiring, FX, or cross-border settlement
* Digital asset, Web3, or crypto-adjacent financial infrastructure
* Regulated financial products supporting fintech or platform-based business models

Required experience:

* 10+ years in senior sales roles within Card Payments, Banking as a Service, Web3, or regulated fintech
* Strong working knowledge of:

* Card issuing and acquiring models

* BIN sponsorship and scheme relationships
* AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks
* Visa and Mastercard scheme rules
* Regulated financial product delivery across multiple jurisdictions
* Established senior relationships with decision-makers across fintech, payments, banks, or digital asset organisations
* Proven track record closing complex, high-value, regulated infrastructure deals
* Strong commercial judgement and contract negotiation capability
* Highly self-directed, accountable, and outcomes-focused

This role is not suitable for:

* Candidates without direct exposure to regulated payments or Banking as a Service
* Generalist enterprise sales professionals without financial infrastructure experience
* Candidates seeking training or a step into the ecosystem
