**About the role**
This position reports to the Resource Manager. The Administration Officer provides;
- Assisting in the provision of management of the Work Centre training program
- Identify training and development needs of individuals.
- Respond to enquiries from internal and external clients.
- Maintain and update databases and other information systems.
- Assist with financial and human resource (HR) processing activities.
- Undertake record management duties and provide support to various operations personnel.
Accountabilities include:
- Application of written and verbal communication skills with an ability to prioritise.
- Organise tasks and work within established deadlines to provide effective and efficient customer service.
- Provide business focused customer service to external and internal clients with the ability to communicate with sensitivity, tact, discretion and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite to prepare various types of correspondence including standard letters, basic reports etc.
- Provide support to the following administrative functions to support business operations:
Training and development records
Procurement
Administrative support
- Assist with the maintenance of accurate, timely filing and record management.
- Undertake arrangements and bookings for meetings/events and appropriate rooms/venues.
- Possess a flexible work attitude and contribute positively within a team environment.
- Continually develop skills and knowledge through participation in formal and informal training and professional development opportunities.
**About You**
- Strong written and verbal skills
- General Administration experience (Desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail
