Job Overview
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our school's leadership team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles and be able to manage competing priorities with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and ensure effective daily management.
* Prepare correspondence, reports and documentation on behalf of the Principal.
* Coordinate invitations and VIP engagement for school events.
* Collate, edit and distribute the school newsletter; oversee the design and distribution of the school year-book.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Principal.
* Assist in preparation of agendas, minutes and briefing papers for meetings and committees.
* Reconcile the Principal's expenses and supplies.
* Provide general administrative support to catering and events across the wider school community.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
* Proactive, flexible, and effective interpersonal skills.
* Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (desirable).
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong customer service focus and professional presentation.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
