About The Role


We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator, Communications to join our Clients & Markets team. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality content that supports business growth and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities

* External communications: Support content marketing strategies across service lines and sectors. Collaborate with senior team members to deliver brand-aligned content and campaigns.
* Internal communications: Drive staff engagement through internal communications that promote understanding and celebrate success.
* Marketing reporting: Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and lead generation.
* Client experience & BD support: Develop content supporting the client journey and business development.
* Project coordination: Assist in planning and executing communication projects and programs.
* Events & sponsorships: Leverage content around events to nurture relationships and amplify impact.
* Media relations: Support media engagement and identify content repurposing opportunities.


What We're Looking For

* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
* Experience with content marketing campaigns.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across teams.
* Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
