We’re now looking for enthusiastic, sales-driven Casual Sales Consultants to join our Domain showroom team. If you enjoy connecting with customers, love interiors, and thrive in a sales-focused environment, this could be the perfect fit.
About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be part of a motivated team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and strong sales results. You’ll engage customers, understand their style and needs, and help them bring their dream home to life — one great piece of furniture at a time.
This is a casual role across a 7-day roster, ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility while still being serious about sales.
About You
You’ll be someone who:
* Has a genuine interest in home décor, interiors, or design
* Loves talking to people and helping customers make confident buying decisions
* Is sales-focused, with experience achieving a range of KPIs
* Brings at least 2 years’ experience in a similar retail sales role
* Has a positive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to learn
* Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and teammates
* Has experience with Pronto (highly regarded, but not essential)
