The Role:
Our client, a national not-for-profit in the health/community sector, is seeking an experiencedNational Quality & Governance Managerto strengthen quality, risk and compliance frameworks across their Australian operations.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will:
Own and manage thenational quality and governance framework
Overseelegislative and regulatory complianceacross multiple states
Leadrisk management system auditsand follow-through on improvements
UseFolioto manage risk, incidents, quality actions and governance workflows
Provide advice oninsurance, risk exposure and claims
Prepare clear reports and dashboards for executives and board committees
This is a hands-on role where you'll move between strategy, systems and detail in the same day.
About You:
You're a quality / risk / governance professional who is comfortable working in a complex, values-driven environment and knows how to make systems actually work for frontline teams.
You'll bring:
Experience in aQuality, Risk, Governance or Compliancerole, ideally at a national or multi-site level
Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, quality, governance, risk or related fields essential
Folio software experience(or very similar quality/risk platforms)
Background inNFP, health, disability or aged care
Strong understanding oflegislative and regulatory complianceand audit processes
Exposure toinsurancefrom an operational/risk perspective
