We are a specialty croissant bakery cafe in Stafford. Our goal is to create a balanced work environment that we all look forward to turning up to each day. Our top priority is warm and friendly customer service above all else.
Your role would include:
* Coffee making to a clean and precise standard using specialty beans
* Customer service including relationship building while optimising sales
* Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and order throughout your shift
* Following processes and completing checklists
* Food handling and preparation
To be the right fit you will need to be a great communicator and team player, detail-oriented and naturally tidy person, find it easy to get up for early morning starts and enjoy cleaning. You will have excellent time management skills, be a quick learner and take direction well. Most of all you will love dealing with customers while still staying on track with the days to do list. Ideally you are available weekly for at least one weekend shift plus additional weekday shifts. You will know how to work fast and enjoy the pace of a hectic weekend working with a team but also be comfortable working solo on a quieter weekday.
Any hospo veteran knows it can be a hectic juggle but the best of us make it look easy breezy and keep the joy. If you thrive under pressure this might just be the job for you.
Depending on applicants experience we are open to full time, part time or casual commitments, junior or adult age with pay rates as per the Fast Food Award. Looking forward to meeting you soon.
