Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member, you will work across all radio assets: 6PR, 4BC, 2GB, and 3AW.
 * You will represent the Radio brand within the market, establishing a strong and reputable presence.
 * Manage and grow an established client portfolio with a focus on strategic solutions.
 * Drive the development and sales of innovative cross-platform audio solutions.
 * Identify and create new business opportunities to support growth.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
 * Develop and implement effective strategies for both personal and client success.
 * Consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
 * Experience in B2B sales environment (Radio or Media advertising is desirable).
 * Passion for audio, creativity, and delivering outstanding results.
 * Ability to plan, organise and coordinate activities so that deadlines are met.
 * High level communication and presentation skills.
 * Solid computer skills - ideally with Microsoft & Google tools (particularly Excel).
