We are looking for a committed Family and Community Education Practitioner to support families and communities in enhancing wellbeing, safety, resilience, and positive family functioning.

Essential Qualifications & Checks :
* A relevant Tertiary qualification Childhood Education, Community Services/Health, Counselling, Social Work, Social Sciences, or a related field.
* Current Working with Children Check & National Police Check.
