Job Overview
The Field Operations Manager will oversee and develop the Field Service Specialists in their respective territories, driving operational excellence and effective customer engagement from the local Lifecycle Solutions & Services and broader Honeywell Process Solutions teams.
* The Field Operations Manager will spearhead the team's efforts to deliver exceptional results, ensuring seamless communication with customers and adherence to Honeywell's quality and process framework.
* This role is accountable for driving growth across all Lifecycle Solutions service business modes through strategic planning, workforce optimization, revenue and productivity planning, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols will be strictly adhered to, as outlined in the Honeywell Accelerator AMS GDM.
* Exceptional support will be provided to customers, driving favorable Net Promoter Scores and resolving any customer escalations, issues, or concerns.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Engineering degree in Instrumentation & Controls or Electronics & Controls, or equivalent qualification.
* A minimum of 15 years' relevant industry experience, including field/project engineering roles.
* Preferably, the last 5 years spent in customer management/project management positions.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a highly matrix environment to deliver expected results.
