The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth our client seeking an experienced consultant with banking, asset or wealth management expertise to lead high-impact client engagements, build enduring client relationships, and play a key role in growing their presence in Australia and the region.
This is a senior, client-facing role offering real ownership, entrepreneurial freedom, and the opportunity to work exclusively with industry leaders on market-defining initiatives.
Scope of the role:
* Lead complex, high-profile consulting engagements, ensuring exceptional client outcomes and satisfaction
* Shape and deliver strategy, operating model, transformation and change initiatives for asset and wealth managers
* Partner with senior client stakeholders to diagnose challenges, design solutions and support implementation
* Manage and mentor consulting teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
* Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior executives across client organisations
* Contribute meaningfully to business development, account growth and thought leadership
* Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time and within budget
* Stay at the forefront of asset and wealth management market trends, regulation and innovation
Key requirements:
* 10+ years’ experience delivering consulting or transformation initiatives within a leading consultancy or financial institution
* Strong background in Asset Management, Wealth Management or broader Financial Services
* Proven ability to lead senior client relationships and influence executive stakeholders
* Demonstrated success in business development, account management and revenue growth
* Strong industry network and credibility within asset or wealth management
* Exceptional communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills
* A collaborative leader with a passion for mentoring and developing others
* Strong academic background (Bachelor’s degree minimum)
* Willingness to travel as required
