We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their fast-growing company

**The Position**
In the role of Commercial Property Manager your responsibilities will include.
- Manage a neat and tidy mixed asset portfolio of 150 properties.
- Liaise with owners and tenants to ensure investment performance is maintained
- Working with the support team, implementing and maintaining lease admin and other procedures
- Property Inspections
- Managing a Property Assistant to ensure the smooth running of a portfolio.
**The Person**
- 2+ years' experience in the commercial PM space
- Certificate of Registration is essential
- You will have strong presentation and communication skills and be able to build positive relationships quickly.
- Must have a reliable car and drivers license
