Key Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience or readiness for that next role
* Demonstrate prior retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations knowledge
* Ideal familiarity with mechanical/automotive parts
* Flexibility in scheduling and possession of a valid driver's license
* Ability to perform duties requiring physical effort and handling heavy products
