Our construction teams have been recognized for excellence, winning more NHBC Pride in the Job Awards than any other housebuilder for thirteen consecutive years.Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in managing the site development through to completion, ensuring targets for Programme, Quality, and Cost are met by effectively managing the site team and subcontractors.You will be expected to:Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labor, and materials to meet production schedules.Work with the Sales Team to attend regular meetings, adhere to procedures, and inspect show homes.Take responsibility for duties as determined by the Site Manager, including deputizing when necessary.Assist in ensuring the construction team is well-resourced, guided, and supported through communication, training, and workload management.Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.To succeed, we are looking for:Experience working within established build programs.An assertive approach to ensure target delivery.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Membership of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ Level in Construction Management, or extensive trades experience.Deep knowledge of construction trades, legislation, health and safety, NHBC, and Building Regulations.Strong customer service experience and understanding.We have been recognized as a 5-star housebuilder since 2010, known for high-quality homes for all generations.
