About The Role
* Deliver hands-on experience in delivering creative campaigns, events and digital marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with retailers, suppliers and community partners to drive engagement and build brand awareness.
* Support the Marketing Manager in executing the annual marketing plan and calendar.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
* Ensure all marketing activity complies with centre standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate events and activations from concept development through to delivery.
* Create and schedule engaging content for social media, EDMs and the website.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies.
* Assist with marketing administration, budget tracking and reporting.
What We Are Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications or a related field.
* Minimum two years' experience in a marketing, events or communications role.
* Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite or equivalent design tools.
* Experience managing digital and social media campaigns.
* A proactive, creative and team-oriented approach.
