We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to join our Prime Video Add-ons team. This individual will define work streams, processes and mechanisms to drive strong external partner relationships, improve profitability and build a product that will immediately excite customers.
This role is inherently cross‐functional and involves working closely with design, merchandising, marketing, tech & product, operations, finance, and executive teams. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, communicative and will have the ability to work independently under time constraints. They will have a proven track record in successfully delivering results in a fast‐paced business environment. They will show pro‐activity by being able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, this person will have the ability to persuade and influence others, with a solid background of driving results.
Key job responsibilities
* Establish, manage, and grow strong senior‐level relationships/partnerships with content providers.
* Develop and execute project plans, collaborating with internal teams across all functional areas within Prime Video to deepen partnerships and drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
* Report on key performance indicators to leadership and recommend initiatives to improve business performance.
* Analyze partner performance to create partner‐facing strategy presentations featuring data‐driven recommendations, actionable insights and growth opportunities.
* Gather and understand customer and partner needs (both existing and potential), using that knowledge to advocate for and drive delivery of Prime Video features that provide Amazon customers and partners with a high quality experience.
* Solve problems quickly by gathering data, evaluating alternatives and using any tools necessary.
* Monitor business trends and events as well as competitor/industry developments.
A day in the life
A Partner Manager for Prime Video Add-ons will frequently start their day going through daily and weekly metrics to track performance of specific titles and initiatives. They regularly monitor the customer experience inside the Prime Video app and validate correct execution of marketing campaigns. They normally sync on weekly or bi‐weekly bases with one or more content partners to discuss business performance and upcoming opportunities and will conduct larger business review 2–3 times per year for senior leadership. Also, they work closely with other teams like Finance, Product, Legal and Marketing as well as other Partner Managers to develop and implement initiatives to drive growth and engagement.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
* Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
* Experience communicating results to senior leadership
* 3+ years of project management, business development, partnership management, account executive, operations manager, or customer success experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in online advertising or high‐tech products/services
* Experience leading process improvements
* Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
* Experience in the entertainment industry
* Knowledge of digital video landscape
