Support Worker - Disability Services
Care and companionship are at the heart of this role, where you will be supporting an individual with a disability to live their best life. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the client's independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
About the Role:
* You will provide assistance with daily living tasks and personal care, ensuring the client's safety and comfort.
* Support the client during community outings, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
* Offer emotional support and companionship, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification is required for this role.
* Experience working with individuals with high-complexity behaviours is highly regarded.
* A current Driver Licence and NDIS Screening Check are mandatory.
