2. Travel: Flights paid for by Nathan Contractors
3. Transport: From airport to camp / camp to site
Duties will include:
1. Arrangement of plant, labour & material resources for the project
2. Direction & monitoring of subcontractors & suppliers
3. Thorough understanding of OH&S;
4. Maintaining the daily record of site activities
5. Reading plans
6. High level communication with internal & external stakeholders
What we are looking for:
1. Experienced in FRP as a Site Supervisor
2. Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or similar
3. Experienced in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks.
4. Implementation of quality control techniques
5. Planning & management of daily tasks & activities / ability to assist in managing several teams of employees across various projects.
6. Be innovative & a problem solver.
7. Friendly personality & team player
