Job Summary

* Deliver exceptional personal care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
* Assist with daily activities, meal delivery, and refreshments as required.
* Document observations and exceptions in assessment charts and progress notes.
* Monitor resident menu requirements and report any changes.
* Perform duties allocated by the RN/EN, including general ward tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* A current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
* A relevant Certificate III Qualification.
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in residential aged care.
* Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
* Satisfaction of legislative requirements for Aged Care Worker Screening.
